When will the cost of my product box be debited from my account?
The point of sale happens at the time of ordering, in the same way you would pay with your credit or debit card with a chip and pin pad.
How secure is my payment?
All purchases from our site take place in a safe environment using the latest security technology to protect our customers. Your credit card information is encrypted to ensure your transactions with us are private and protected as they travel over the internet. We accept orders only from web browsers that permit communication through Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology – this means you cannot inadvertently place an order through an unsecured connection.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major Credit and Debit Cards, paypal TBC . Please note, depending on your card type, the issuer of the card may charge a fee for each purchase, this is not the responsibility of Stoer Skincare.
Can I cancel my order after purchasing before I receive my product box?
Unfortunately no. The point of sale happens at the time you submit your order, you cannot cancel your order once it has been placed and we have no control over the debited amount from your selected payment card. If you have ordered a product box in error, please contact our support team for guidance email@example.com. Once you have received your product box you can follow our returns guidance above.
